As a Garden Designer, De Castelli is one of those companies from which I am always willing to use some elements to complete a design.

I lived in Barcelona for a few years and I never had the chance, usually because the products are quite pricy and that put off some clients. But now in London I finally managed to place quite a few stainless steel pots on two terraces of a stunning flat by the river. Let’s just say that it was the biggest property I have ever visited in London, with 4 huge terraces overlooking the river Thames. Unfortunately I haven’t discussed with the client the publication of some images yet, so I can’t post them for now.

In the meantime I want you to discover this prestigious brand that produces fantastic pieces either for indoors or outdoors. De Castelli combines stunning design with the best materials and finishes.

These containers could work as focal points and artwork without even being planted. They play with the shape and the size.

When it comes to animal houses they also work again as a piece to look at; furthermore you could accommodate birds or pets.

There is a very interesting collection of seats like this one from the BEHBIN collection. Many of them are used as planters as well, giving a boring seat a new perspective.

Recently shown at Maison & Objet in Paris, these are the ultimate luxury. Forget boring garden sheds and think ultimate design. You can use one of these as your office as well; they are certainly cool.

Finally furniture and lighting are a big part of their business. I have selected this drawer chest from the collection CELATO, which means concealed, hidden and secret.

I have seen the tall metallic one and it is beautifully handcrafted. When closed, it works as an art piece like most of their products.

Please visit De Castelli on Facebook for many more pictures. You can buy their products in London at The Chelsea Gardener.
